Inclusive Work Experience

What is it?

The Inclusive Work Experience (Inclusive WEX) program supports students with diverse needs as they prepare to transition from secondary school to the working world. This experience allows students to raise their self-awareness, set personal goals, and build employability skills, all while encouraging career exploration.

What are the benefits?

Students are accompanied by a job coach, who provides instruction as needed, monitors skill development, and builds independence.

Where is the program offered?

The program is offered through all secondary school sites.

How do I get involved?
